There is a restaurant that we go to frequently that wheels around a Jeep-tire of "gorgonzola dolce" at the end of the (usually three hour) meal...served with homemade cherry or fig marmalade of course. You eat this (overlooking the Riviera) with a spoon while finishing a cold glass of the house Vermentino. I promise no one talks about calories, workouts, cholesterol, time, money, or politics. Sounds like this publication could be a good spot for me :)
